Event Description:
Julian is a partner of Beachcroft LLP and a member of ARC's Public Affairs Committee. His presentation is entitled "Limitation in Insurance and Reinsurance -why it matters to you!" and will incorporate:- How does limitation work for insurance and reinsurance ? How can you prevent limitation defences arising ? How will the law change following the review by the Law Commission ? Effective from 1st October, ARC, through use of a CII CPD Accreditation licence, are permitted to 'self-certify' their events against the CII CPD Accreditation standards. CII CPD Accrediatation is only used for events which are insurance/financial services related and of a sufficiently high standard to contribute to CII members CPD.
