We were favoured with dry weather for this event on 17 September as the teams gung ho to tackle the trials that lay ahead, gathered for this charity ARC event.
Despite a tricky route map and a devious q&a over half of our teams scored at least 75% not one got lost........ although some were hard to get moving om from each pub!
The evening collected a fantastic £740 for our anniversary charities, CLIC Sargent and NSE and we would like to thank everyone for taking part, for their donations and for the pleasure of their company. Special thanks go to David Roberts (Cunningham Lyndsey) as the quiz setter and to Tony Hynes of Tawa, and to Peter Driscoll & Sam Chapman of Mills & Reeve who, in addition to their support on the night, did a number of ‘dry runs’ to ensure the smooth running of the event.
Sold ! a team from KMS won the event with a score of 300 points.
