ARC Academy
The ARC academy was set up in the summer of 2005 for the dual purpose of providing cost effective and relevant training courses to the membership of the Association. It was apparent that whilst a company was undergoing the remove from live operation to legacy management that staff training and career opportunities were on the back seat. ARC realised this and tried an approach that worked within the new financial constraints and addressed areas where staff may require new, or revised, skills.
IEI are 2008/9 organisers of the Academy programme.
Effective from 1st October 2007, ARC, through use of a CII CPD Accreditation licence, are permitted to 'self-certify' their events against the CII CPD Accreditation standards. CII CPD Accrediatation is only used for events which are insurance/financial services related and of a sufficiently high standard to contribute to CII members CPD.
